Today, pick up your car and self-drive to your next destination, El Valle de Anton, which is a central town in Panama. It is located in the crater of an extinct volcano, surrounded by mountains and cloud forests. Destination Info: El Valle de Anton. With a cool, spring-like climate throughout the year, lush forests and a relaxing small-town atmosphere, 'El Valle' has plenty of appeal. Most striking of all are the panoramic mountain views which surround the town, which sits inside one of the world's largest inhabited volcanic craters. Visitors can take advantage of some excellent hiking routes, cycling and adventure sports, as well as watching the area's abundant birdlife and sampling some of the great local restaurants.

Day 6:Self drive to Playa Venao
Perfect for enjoying the breathtaking sunsets and relaxing to the sound of the waves. Destination Info: Playa Venao Playa Venao (or Venado), is a beautiful stretch of volcanic sand beach on Panama's Pacific Coast, only a short drive from Pedasi. Famous for its surf breaks and with an attractive backdrop of hills and forests, Venao has become popular with both tourists and locals in recent years, providing a relaxed vacation with plenty of activities and some lively bars and restaurants. Driving to the Pacific coast fishing village of Santa Catalina. At night, get ready for a cocktail workshop that will take place at the hotel. In the afternoon, learn about the brewing process and be delighted with an artisanal beer, Boquete - Coffee Geisha Experience. Delight with a four-hour experience in the "Rio Cristal" farm, located at 1700 meters of height, where you will visit the different coffee plantations, learn to differentiate the taste of the bean, as well as the overall process and toast stage. Learn to understand when a coffee is of good quality. The experience includes a coffee tasting or renowned coffees with an expert. Enjoy a half-day hiking experience along the Lost Waterfalls Trail of La Amistad National Park. The tour ends with a light picnic lunch at Pepe's Haunted Castle before returning to the hotel. The rental car company has a branch office in Almirante port, where the car will be dropped off. Once in port, you will be transferred by private boat to Bocas del Toro. Upon arrival, you will be taken to the hotel by boat. You'll start the excursion in a bay that dolphins love, where you can observe them in an eco-tourist-friendly way. Next, you'll observe the sloths in their natural habitat. And finally, you'll head for Cayo Coral to enjoy snorkelling in the coral gardens, then on to Cayo Zap Atilla, where you can enjoy the beach and explore the island for the rest of the afternoon.
